On his research proposal seminar on July 10, 2025, which was conducted in hybrid process between Soil Science Department UNAND and National Institute of Material Science (NIMS) Tokyo Japan. Ahmad Zaky Rabbani will go to NIMS Japan on July 23, 2025 for conducting his research until October 2025.

On their acceptance letters at Prefectural University of Hiroshima (PUH) Japan as Double Degree Programs between Master Degree at Soil Science UNAND and at Life Science PUH.
Goodluck for your New Campus! Hopefully you can finish your last 2 Semesters in PUH Japan.
Salma & Nabila will go for Shobara, Hiroshima at the end of next month.

A proud achievement from the Soil Science students of the Faculty of Agriculture, Andalas University in the National Soil Science Student Scientific Week (PILMITANAS) event by winning 3rd place in the event. Students who are active in the event are innovative, creative and enterprising students. Hopefully this can continue to be maintained and improved for the future, and all students of Soil Science Faculty of Agriculture can become students who excel at national and international levels until the world of work should be.

Students of the Department of Soil Science, Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Andalas participated in the Soil Festival held by IPB University. The Soil Science Team of the Faculty of Agriculture of the University won the 2nd runner-up award in the Soil Judging Contest Competition. With this, it is hoped that Soil Science students of the Faculty of Agriculture, Andalas University can be more motivated to explore their knowledge and soft skills, so that in the future they will be better prepared to compete nationally and internationally.

At the Soil Festival held by IPB University, Soil Science students of the Faculty of Agriculture, Andalas University also made achievements as Winners at the event. The Soil Science Student Team of the Faculty of Agriculture, Andalas University managed to bring home trophies and important experiences for sure. With this event, Soil Science students of the Faculty of Agriculture, Andalas University are expected to continue to make achievements in the national and international arena, of course by continuing to hone skills and abilities and experience in the field, so that one day they can become successful students in the world of work and in the midst of society.
